The new development in Bettina-von-Arnim-Straße, Louise-Straus-Straße, and Anna-Seghers-Straße comprises an exclusive residential complex with six modern apartment buildings. Developed by weisenburger bau GmbH, the 144 residential units offer space for a wide range of living concepts, making them ideal for singles, couples, and families. An additional 141 underground parking spaces further enhance the comfort for residents.

Expansion of the Residential Quarter

Directly adjacent to the new complex, six additional apartment buildings were previously constructed—also by weisenburger bau GmbH—comprising a total of 140 residential units and 144 underground parking spaces. This project expanded the existing neighborhood and offers future residents modern living in an equally attractive location.

The apartments are characterized by bright, open, and modern living spaces. Large window fronts allow plenty of daylight to flood the rooms, contributing—together with high-quality features such as light-colored flooring and foldable shower screens—to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
