Future-oriented residential quarter in Liebigstrasse

In Liebigstraße in Langen, weisenburger projekt GmbH has developed a modern residential quarter consisting of five apartment buildings. A total of 158 rental apartments with a combined rental space of approximately 11,500 m² were successfully completed and handed over to an investor.

The development features a perimeter block structure along Liebigstraße, as well as two linear buildings and two point buildings. Apartment sizes range from approximately 33 to 120 m². All units include a balcony, loggia, or terrace, and are equipped with fitted kitchens and underfloor heating, offering contemporary living comfort. The focus is on two- and three-room apartments, which make up around two-thirds of the offer. An integrated daycare center further enhances the appeal of the quarter, particularly for families.

Energy efficiency and modern mobility

The project meets the requirements of the KfW Efficiency House 55 standard and stands out with its sustainable construction and high energy efficiency. All buildings include basements with storage and technical rooms, as well as underground parking spaces. Of particular note is the promotion of alternative mobility: the site offers 324 bicycle parking spaces along with charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes.

Green living with a clear structure

The thoughtful arrangement of the buildings creates a protected, green inner courtyard that serves as the "green lung" of the neighborhood. Low garden walls define the front yard areas of the linear and point buildings, clearly and functionally structuring the transition between public and private space. This architectural approach not only provides protection from traffic noise but also fosters a quiet, residential atmosphere – a sustainable housing concept for modern, family-friendly urban living.
