A new quarter for Aalen

With the "Tannenwäldle" residential quarter in Aalen, weisenburger – in cooperation with the Krause group of companies from Bayreuth – is creating a well-conceived ensemble of terraced and semi-detached houses that combines modern living with sustainable quarter development. A total of 27 residential units offer living spaces ranging from approximately 125 to 172 square meters and are tailored to various life stages and housing needs. The architecture of the quarter is characterized by a contemporary facade concept that combines an efficient external thermal insulation composite system with vertical wooden batten cladding in the attic area.
