Since 2019, the Schönhof District has been developing in the center of Frankfurt. This urban quarter combines city living with a calm, green environment, creating an attractive residential area for families, couples, and individuals.

The existing social infrastructure, including several daycare centers and a primary school, makes the area particularly appealing for young families.

As part of the project, weisenburger bau GmbH has built seven modern apartment buildings with a total of 148 residential units. The offering includes one- to four-room apartments that appeal to various target groups.

Each apartment has an outdoor area such as a balcony, terrace, or loggia. The residential units designed for people with disabilities also offer high-quality living space with terraces providing direct access to the inner courtyard, supporting independent and communal living.

Sustainability and Energy Efficiency at the Core of the Development

The construction project meets the requirements of the KfW Efficiency House 55 standard, and the entire district is aiming for DGNB certification. Heating is provided via a sustainable district heating solution.

Additional amenities include an underground parking garage with 74 spaces, basement storage units, and separate storage rooms for strollers and bicycles, all designed to make everyday life easier for residents.
