After successfully submitting your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.

3. Review of the documents

Your application will first be checked by the HR department and then passed on internally to the relevant department.

4. Invitation

If you have convinced us in the pre-selection process, we will invite you to a personal application interview at our headquarters in Rastatt. The trainees' interview includes an aptitude test.

FAQ

We are eagerly awaiting every unsolicited application: please indicate in your application your desired position, your availability, your possible starting date and the desired location. We will then be pleased to check possible positions within our company. You can use our online form to send us your application documents. Please also note the application procedure described in question 2 and question 7.

If you are interested in several positions or locations, you can simply state this in our online application form and in your cover letter. It is not necessary to send several applications.

The fastest way is via our online application: simply select the position you would like to apply for and send your documents in a PDF. Your advantage: all important information is requested in our form so that your application can be checked directly for a possible employement.

In order to get a complete picture of you and your qualifications, we need your cover letter, your curriculum vitae in table form, your diplomas (school/university/college) and your certificates from your last employers (permanent position/internships/other activities). Our tip: invest time in compiling your documents, as these are your entry ticket to the job interview. Incomplete documents make a bad impression and slow down the recruitment process. Please only send us relevant information: a confirmation of participation is interesting, for example, if it says something about your qualifications. Therefore, think carefully about what is important for your application and for us.

Of course. We're always looking for motivated young professionals to take care of early career development. Simply send us your current grade overview and your expected final grade. Their diploma you can hand like as soon as you get this.

We place great emphasis on the continuous training of our staff and our own policies and programs have developed. In our internal weisenburger akademie, you will receive targeted knowledge for your work at weisenburger in four semesters. In our annual talks we also define personal goals and further training measures together and offer you training courses that are tailored to you, your tasks and goals.
