Every year, 70 interns gain their first valuable working experience at weisenburger. Colleagues can photocopy and get their coffees for themselves. weisenburger encourages independent working and quickly transfers responsibility for individual tasks. With an experienced contact person at your side, you can apply the knowledge acquired in your studies directly in practice.
weisenburger offers internships in the fields of construction management, IT, human resources, lean construction and project development. Furthermore, there are the best possible perspectives for your future, because weisenburger offers many of its interns and work students a permanent position.
As an intern in construction management, you will actively support weisenburger in realising interesting projects in residential construction and get to know the processes in a leading construction company. You will also gain exciting insights into cross-discipline areas such as technical purchasing and customer support and, depending on the project status, you will accompany the construction project through to acceptance.
As an intern in the lean construction department, you will have the opportunity to experience takt time management live and to define and develop new standards and lean tools.
Working in the HR department, you will perform tasks independently in the areas of recruitment, personnel marketing and personnel development. A wide range of activities from various disciplines await you, such as applicant management, social media, participation in recruitment fairs, professional development and event organisation.
As an intern in the IT department, you will learn all about programs such as MS Visual Studio, Subversion and NetBeans. Furthermore, you will assist weisenburger in implementing customer-specific modifications to our ERP system. Working together, we drive technological progress and put our in-house developments into practice.
As an intern in project development, you will learn how complex real estate projects are developed. You will support the project team with market and location analyses as well as feasibility studies. You will be given responsibility right from the start, carrying out competitive analyses independently.
We will be happy to help you find accommodation, give assistance with a place to live or, where necessary, provide you with a company car – naturally also for private use. Attractive remuneration is a matter of course. Internships start in March or September.
In addition to gaining valuable professional experience, it is important for us that you are able to interact with others and that you quickly feel part of the weisenburger team. For this reason, weisenburger regularly organises events for interns, like climbing, laser tag and karting.
