Modern Residential Quarter “Unsr Quartier” in Weinheim
To the west of Weinheim’s main railway station, the new residential quarter “Unsr Quartier” is being developed on an area of approximately 6,894 m². In the first construction phase, weisenburger bau GmbH has already completed 34 townhouses in the “Style 600” design, each featuring a basement and underground parking.
The project is being expanded to include two maisonette owner-occupied apartments as well as 212 rental apartments distributed across a total of eight multi-family buildings, which will be completed in stages.
Energy Efficiency to KfW Funding Standard EH 55 EE
All buildings comply with the BEG Efficiency House 55 EE standard in accordance with the requirements of the German Building Energy Act (GEG) 2020. Equipped with modern building services and an environmentally friendly heating system supplied via a local district heating network, the quarter consistently focuses on future-oriented and sustainable construction.
