On 12 September 2023, the foundation stone was laid for construction sites F1 and F2 in the heart of Frankfurt. A total of 288 new flats will be built here, including 133 subsidised units. The ceremony took place in the presence of NHW, Instone Real Estate and Lord Mayor Mike Josef.
