A modern residential neighbourhood with a lot to offer is being built in Siegfriedstrasse in Heppenheim. Together with Immo Real Estate GmbH, weisenburger bau GmbH celebrated the ground-breaking ceremony for this promising construction project.
A total of 28 semi-detached houses will be built in Heppenheim, with construction work being carried out in two phases. Future residents can look forward to the "Swing 550" house type with a pitched roof, which combines modern living comfort with energy-efficient technology.
The new semi-detached houses offer a wide range of amenities, including cellar rooms, parking spaces and open spaces. Garages are also available as an optional extra. All homes will be equipped with an air-to-water heat pump and underfloor heating. In addition, some of the houses are planned as Efficiency House 40.
The shell construction work is expected to be completed in autumn 2024. The complete houses should be ready for occupancy in summer 2025. weisenburger is looking forward to bringing this project to life and creating new living space in Heppenheim.
