On 28 November 2024, the go-ahead was given for the construction project in Fröbelstrasse in Nußloch: 13 modern terraced houses in the ‘Nova 550’ style are being built here.
All of the houses will have basements and be built as climate-friendly residential buildings in accordance with the requirements of the KFWG. The future-orientated features include an efficient air-to-water heat pump and a photovoltaic system.
The family-friendly location, with a kindergarten in the immediate vicinity, makes the residential complex particularly attractive for young families.
