Standardised and eligible for funding to reduce the housing shortage
There is a shortage of around 700,000 homes in Germany - the demand for affordable housing continues to grow, especially in urban centres. The fact that even less is being built in such a situation due to rising interest rates, commodity and energy prices and persistently high bureaucratic hurdles, among other things, is a huge problem.
This was recognised by weisenburger bau's project development department and turned into potential. The corresponding system is called weisenburger TETRIS and enables rapid planning and cost-efficient construction, which ultimately enables a rent of 7 instead of 17 euros/m².
