weisenburger bau GmbH is realising a construction project on the site of the former Majolika factory on behalf of VIVAWEST GmbH. The official go-ahead for the construction project was given yesterday with the laying of the foundation stone. Mr Eichner, Managing Director of VIVAWEST, ceremoniously opened the event, followed by words of welcome from Mr Banken, Mayor of Rheinbach, and Mr Ryzlewicz, Managing Director of weisenburger bau.

The quarter is being built in four construction phases on an area of 10,700 square metres in a prime location. It comprises 174 modern flats in six buildings, including 24 publicly subsidised flats for senior citizens, a day care centre and four underground car parks with a total of 167 parking spaces.

The project not only fulfils the need for contemporary flats and facilities suitable for senior citizens, but also offers excellent accessibility and links to the urban infrastructure thanks to its location.
