Ground-breaking ceremony for new community centre in Karlsruhe-Daxlanden

The symbolic ground-breaking ceremony for a new building project in Holländerstraße in Karlsruhe-Daxlanden took place last Sunday. The project, which is being realised in cooperation with the Catholic parish of Südwest, includes the construction of the modern "Heilig Geist" community centre.

Church premises, including cellar and technical ancillary rooms
Spacious community hall for meetings and events
Youth rooms for the young congregation
Sanitary facilities for users
Cosy group room for joint activities

Sustainability aspect: The community centre's heat is generated by a central air-water heat pump system to enable environmentally conscious operation.
