The new residential and commercial building in Königsbacher Straße in Stein was successfully completed. Volksbank Pur, the building's developer, was the first to move into the new premises. The opening of the branch was celebrated last Sunday with an open day, which offered culinary delicacies as well as lots of entertainment. Numerous visitors did not miss the opportunity to take a first look at the new building. This consists of 18 flats with a total area of 1,600 square metres, an ENT practice, two office units and a special area for the Volksbank. The building also has a basement and a parking deck with an underground garage pushed into the slope.

The flats are barrier-free and accessible via a lift. All flats are equipped with underfloor heating and have their own garden area with terrace or balcony. Each flat has a parking space. A total of almost 80 parking spaces are available on the property. The first tenants are expected to move in at the beginning of November.
