Last week, the 31st IGLC conference took place in Lille, France, bringing together the world's leading experts to discuss Lean Construction. As part of this event, our experts presented a scientific paper on partner management.

Given the increasing importance of partner development, especially in the context of Lean Construction, they recognised the challenge for the construction industry to select and develop suitable partners for construction projects. Through an extensive literature review, they identified methods for partner selection and used case studies to develop a successful model for selecting and developing partners in the construction industry.
