weisenburger bau GmbH celebrated the successful completion of the shell construction in Burgthann near Nuremberg together with Terra Kapitalverwaltung AG on Thursday, 06 July 2023. The project is being realised for a Terra Kapitalverwaltung fund for long-term rental. The detached houses will be offered for rent through Terra Asset Management.

A total of 40 semi-detached houses and 12 terraced houses with a heating/technical centre and 114 outdoor parking spaces will be built. Further information on the project can be found here:
