Saarbruecken – weisenburger projekt GmbH is developing 100 student apartments in a former administration building of the Stadtwerke Saarbruecken. The area is close to the Saarland University of Applied Sciences (HTW).

weisenburger projekt GmbH has agreed on a purchase price with the Stadtwerke Saarbruecken. The development plans are nearly complete. For the Stadtwerke Saarbruecken, a new administration building and a parking garage are being built on the opposite site. As soon as the new building is completed and the Stadtwerke have moved, the renovation of the old building begins. This is planned for 2024.

Around 100 student apartments - mostly one-room apartments - as well as a daycare center will be built. In addition, the Stadtwerke park will be open to the public in the future. weisenburger acts exclusively as a project developer and will work with a professional operator.
