The skylounge of our headquarters served as the location for the IMMO TALK 2023 of Technologieregion Karlsruhe GmbH (TRK GMbH) on Wednesday. The expert forum first offered interesting insights into the topic of "Bioeconomy in construction - plant-based building materials in the life cycle of buildings". Afterwards, around 90 representatives from business, science and politics exchanged views. Sven Müller, managing director of weisenburger projekt GmbH, welcomed the participants at the start of the discussion round.

Among the top-class speakers at the event were Daniel Fluhrer, mayor of KA, Benjamin Koch from SFO Capital Partners and Professor Moritz Dörstelmann from KIT.

At the end of the evening, Jochen Ehlgötz, Managing Director of TRK GmbH, summed up the event clearly: renewable raw materials are gaining in importance in the construction industry, but still require a few steps before they can be successfully implemented.
