On Friday, 31 March 2023, the topping-out ceremony took place for the second construction phase in Baden-Baden at Tannenhof. The modern and stylish residential quarter extends on the former site of the Südwestrundfunk radio station, close to the Fremersberg. The construction project comprises four apartment buildings with a total of 115 residential units as well as three separate underground garages. The special architectural feature of this building project is the pentagonal floor plan, which reflects the shape of a crystal. 

Among the many visitors to the topping-out ceremony was Matthias Ryzlewicz, one of the managing directors of weisenburger bau GmbH, who was delighted to congratulate Epple GmbH on this milestone. weisenburger would like to thank all those involved in the project and looks forward to the completion of this construction phase.
