Laying of the foundation stone in Karlsruhe

Last week, the laying of the foundation stone for the new building project at Staudenplatz in Rintheimer Feld was celebrated. Together with Volkswohnung as the developer, weisenburger is building a total of 106 modern rental flats here in a central location, as well as a commercial space on the ground floor. 64 flats will be publicly subsidised to create affordable living space.

The flats offer a successful mix of spacious four-room flats and barrier-free units to meet the different needs of the residents.

To ensure sustainable mobility, 260 bicycle parking spaces including a bicycle repair station and a car sharing service will be provided.
