weisenburger is delighted to announce the completion and inauguration of a modern apartment building in Ludwigshafen. Working closely with the city of Ludwigshafen and GSW Speyer, a sustainable residential building has been constructed using modular construction methods.
The building comprises 46 residential units with 2- to 4-room apartments. These include four barrier-free flats and 22 residential units specially designed for senior citizens. The project is complemented by a playground, which supports the family-friendly and age-appropriate quality of living.
