In Weinheim, weisenburger bau GmbH is developing the modern residential quarter “Unsr Quartier” west of the main railway station. The project combines urban living with generous green and recreational spaces. A central neighborhood square and a park featuring sports and leisure facilities create places for social interaction and make the quarter attractive to a wide range of target groups.
As part of the project, 34 townhouses with basements and an underground parking garage have already been completed. The quarter is further complemented by two maisonette condominiums as well as 212 rental apartments in a total of eight multi-family residential buildings, which are being developed in successive phases. The townhouses offer private outdoor areas such as terraces, green spaces, or rooftop terraces, providing a high quality of living.
Thanks to its convenient transport connections and proximity to shopping facilities, schools, and educational institutions, “Unsr Quartier” combines contemporary living with excellent access to Weinheim’s infrastructure and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.
