Start of construction for modern retirement home in Rümmingen

With the official ground-breaking ceremony on 28 March 2025, weisenburger has started construction of a new senior citizens' residential complex in Rümmingen. The project comprises 23 two- and three-bedroom flats suitable for senior citizens as well as an integrated day care centre.

The residential complex is being realised in two energy-efficient apartment buildings to KfW 40 standard. Heat is supplied via a geothermal system and fulfils the requirements of the German Building Energy Act (GEG 2023).
