In Müllheim, weisenburger bau GmbH has developed a forward-looking multigenerational neighborhood. On a plot of approximately 4,600 m², two modern apartment buildings were constructed, offering a total of 38 two- to four-room apartments, alongside a barrier-free daycare center with five groups. The quarter is complemented by an underground garage, bicycle parking spaces, and a communal courtyard with a playground.
The daycare center provides 900 m² of space for three kindergarten groups and two nursery groups. Additional rooms include a cafeteria, a multipurpose room, and an art studio.
The project meets the Efficiency House Standard 40 EE under the German Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings (BEG) and complies with the requirements of the German Building Energy Act (GEG 2020). Sustainable building services and a well-thought-out energy concept ensure the neighborhood is future-ready.
Thanks to its natural location on the outskirts of the city and excellent infrastructure connections, the new residential quarter combines urban living with a high quality of life close to nature.
