This year’s Girls’Day offered 17 interested female students of various age groups the opportunity to gain deeper insights into the diverse career fields within the construction industry. The company’s dual-study students organized the event and successfully implemented it in collaboration with the recruiting team.
Following an introduction to weisenburger’s corporate structure and areas of activity at the headquarters, participants received a practical insight on a construction site in the Lohfeldsiedlung. There, they were able to observe the concrete pouring process firsthand and, under guidance, gain initial hands-on experience working with the material.
With initiatives such as Girls’Day, weisenburger aims to spark enthusiasm for the construction industry and highlight the wide range of activities on site.
