In Frankfurt, weisenburger bau GmbH has developed an innovative urban district in the Schönhof Quarter, combining urban living with a calm and green environment. The existing social infrastructure—with several daycare centers and a primary school—makes the area particularly attractive for families.
As part of the project, seven modern multi-family buildings were constructed, comprising a total of 148 one- to four-room apartments. All units feature their own outdoor spaces. The barrier-free apartments offer additional quality of living through terraces with direct access to the courtyard, supporting an inclusive residential environment.
The project meets the KfW Efficiency House 55 standard, and the entire district is aiming for DGNB certification. A sustainable district heating solution, a shared underground parking garage with 74 parking spaces, as well as storage rooms for bicycles and strollers, complete the offering.
Thanks to its central location and excellent connection to Frankfurt’s infrastructure, the Schönhof Quarter combines modern city living with a high quality of life.
