On Friday, March 10, 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony took place in the "Baderhoelzle" construction area in Heidenheim. This was the starting signal for the development work on the approximately 0.65 hectare property along Hoelderlinstraße. 18 semi-detached houses and 6 terraced houses are planned in an attractive location close to the city centre. weisenburger bau GmbH has been commissioned as the general contractor to build the 24 residential units. The areas shell construction as well as terraced house and living are involved in this construction project.
