On 20 November 2024, the topping-out ceremony for the first construction phase of the building project in Heppenheim was celebrated in Siegfriedstrasse. This important milestone was celebrated in the presence of the future residents and the developer Immo Real Estate.
The first construction phase comprises 14 of a total of 28 modern semi-detached houses. These have a basement and are equipped with energy-efficient air-to-water heat pumps.
