Topping-out ceremony in Bedburg

weisenburger projekt and weisenburger bau GmbH celebrated the topping-out ceremony in Bedburg on Burgstraße together with the future residents of the houses. The shell of the first construction phase with twelve family-friendly semi-detached houses and a total of around 1600 m² of living space has been successfully completed. The modern and energy-efficient houses are perfectly suited for young families in the catchment area of Cologne and Düsseldorf and will be handed over turnkey ready with an environmentally friendly air-water heat pump system. The houses have approx. 130 m² of living space and a basement with approx. 57 m² of usable space.

Around half of the houses have already been sold, but there is still a chance of a place in the neighbourhood:
