weisenburger projekt GmbH convinced the jury, which included planning experts and local politicians, with its concept for the new development area at Unterer Schützenrain in Leonberg.

... 55 residential units
... 15 of which will be subsidised social rented apartments
... and a further 5 units as subsidised residential property
... as well as 1 neighbourhood room for various meetings of the residents
... and an underground car park with 70 parking spaces.

The design is by the architects Werkgemeinschaft HHK Architekten Gesellschaft mbH.
