After only 11 months, we were able to celebrate the topping-out ceremony of the Moxy Hotel in Karlsruhe together with the building owners and investors, subcontractors, city representatives and all other project participants on September 30, 2022. After partly emotional speeches and good entertainment by a group of singers from the Chamber Theater Karlsruhe, we celebrated together.
We are pleased to have been able to make a significant contribution to the realization of the building as general contractor and look forward to continued good cooperation during the expansion phase.
