Laying of the foundation stone in Karlsruhe Wolfartsweier

The foundation stone for the construction project at Ringstraße 2 in Karlsruhe was laid on 22 November 2022. This was celebrated by the project developer ehret+klein with representatives of the city of Karlsruhe and the project partners. Together with Dr. Huber, municipal administrator of Wolfartsweier, and Mr. Ryzlewicz, managing director of weisenburger bau GmbH, as well as Mr. Fleischer from the exclusive sales partner Schürrer und Fleischer, Michael Ehret, advisory board member and shareholder of ehret+klein, lowered a filled time capsule into the floor slab. The symbolic act marks an important milestone for the project. "The mixed-use concept consisting of a residential development with integrated day care centre, assisted living and medical practice has now entered the realisation phase after a mature planning phase. May the building construction proceed safely and successfully," said Michael Ehret, advisory board member and partner of ehret+klein.

At the same time, the laying of the foundation stone is the starting signal for the structural engineering work, which is being carried out by weisenburger bau as the general contractor. "Due to the spatial proximity to our corporate headquarters, this great neighbourhood project in Wolfartsweier feels like a home game for us. We are looking forward to this joint project," emphasises Matthias Ryzlewicz, Managing Director of the general contractor weisenburger bau.

Together with the project developer ehret+klein, weisenburger is building a total of...

... 8 buildings
... with 62 condominiums
... a doctor's practice
