A new residential area is being built In Wiesloch in the "Quartier am Bach" that is modern, family-friendly and energy-efficient at the same time. weisenburger is building a total of 93 terraced houses, 18 semi-detached houses and 4 multi-family houses with underground parking according to KFW55 standard.
The groundbreaking took place at the end of March this year. In October 7, 2022, weisenburger and its partner Haus+Co celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the first construction phase. Around 150 buyers as well as future residents and other project participants came together on this day. Managing Director Matthias Ryzlewicz is enthusiastic about the location of the area and describes it as "a prime example of local recreation and excellent transport connections to work or other cultural, school, sporting or social offers in the city of Wiesloch and the surrounding area [...]".
